From the 5th link (of left-hand side bar) onward, previously presented military awards are covered.
The links immediately after this page (which is called ">Military Winning<") are all military awards.
They begin with the biggest awards in the field: the all-services Thomas Jefferson Awards.
(The Visual Information Awards Program is broken out from the Thomas Jefferson print and broadcasting Awards).
Then come the individual services' preliminary awards, including the Air Force's Air Force Media Contest, the Army's Keith L. Ware Awards, the Coast Guard's Alex Haley Journalism Awards, and the Navy's Chief of Information Merit Awards.
A section of specific purpose awards continues until the civilian awards start.
The links along the left side beginning with ">Civilian Winning<" are all non-military service awards, and generally (but not always) cover post-military career work.
